Yes! You can also configure and design your own deckchair or director’s chair.

Can I have my director’s chair / deckchair sent to a packstation?

Unfortunately we cannot send packages to DHL or other packstations, as the size of the package is too big and our shipping provider is GLS/ FedEx.

Which shipping provider is the director’s chair / deckchair sent with?

Currently, we send our director’s chairs and deckchairs with GLS/ FedEx. Large quantities are delivered by a haulage company on pallets. Feel free to collect the goods from us yourself on site in Sauerlach, Munich. When you collect the package yourself, of course, there are no delivery costs!

How long is the delivery time?

Within Germany, the delivery time is 1 - 3 working days (after receipt of payment).

Is one-day delivery possible?

Yes! For children, we offer an extra small director’s chair - the Nanni model can be printed however you like, like the models for the ‘large ones’

Most of our models are made from beech wood. There is an option to choose between different varnishes.

Can I leave the chairs outside?

Generally all director’s chairs and deckchairs from the online shop regiestuhl.de can naturally be set up outside. They are perfectly suited to use on beaches, in beer gardens, in lounges, or as patio chairs. However, please be aware that only the following director’s chairs can also be used in the rain. All others are not intended as purely outdoor furniture and must be kept dry if it rains. The following models can be used as outdoor furniture:

Can I have my director’s chair / deckchair printed?

Yes! We print the director’s chairs and deckchairs exactly how you like them! Simply find your favourite model on the online shop, configure and design it how you imagined it. It doesn’t matter whether you want to print a photo from your last holiday on the deckchair or print a company logo, your friend’s or your cat’s name for a director’s chair and deckchair.

Can I have my director’s chair / deckchair printed all over?

We can print the front and back of the director’s chair. On request, we will also print the seat.

What format does regiestuhl.de need for my logo print?

To enable us to print your company logo perfectly, we need you to provide it as a vectorised file. You should have received the logo as a .eps or .ai file from your graphic designer.
If you only have access to a .jpg, we cannot print the logo without a white border!

Can I have my director’s chair printed with an image?

Would you like a holiday photo or a graduation photo on the deckchair or director’s chair? No problem! Send us the file in a high resolution as a .jpg and we will print it on the chosen chair.
However images in JPG form are printed with a border, i.e. a free-standing logo print is not possible with this format.

Can I reorder my printed director’s chair / deckchair?

We archive received logos and save the print tasks in case you want to reorder your director’s chair / deckchair. Of course you can just reorder the fabric parts with your print as well. To do this, please send us a request stating your previous task number or call us.

Can I have my name printed on the chair?

Regardless of whether you wanted your name, your family’s name or the family crest printed: easily design your individual director’s chair on our online shop! Of course the director’s chair and deckchair with personal inscriptions are perfect as gifts to say goodbye to a colleague, at a wedding or on mother’s day and so on and so forth. Simply select the ready-made design templates for the occasion from the configuration tool.

What material are the fabric parts of the director’s chairs / deckchairs made from?

The fabric on the director’s chairs and deckchairs are made from acrylic fabric and polyester. You should not wash them in the washing machine, but you can clean them with a damp cloth.

Why do the printing costs vary?

The printing costs are calculated on the basis of the print, the printing process, the printing foil and the number of prints.

Can I order different colours on the seat and backrest?

Upon request, you can also order different coloured seats and backrests, even from an order quantity of only 1 chair.

Are there replacement covers?

Of course you can also reorder replacement covers for the director’s chair and deckchair. On the Regiestuhl online shop you can order the covers directly online and print them however you like.

The covers are special productions and only fit our chairs!
The fabric not fitting other chairs is not a justified reason for a complaint!

6. Returns

Can I return my director’s chair if it is too big or too small?

Of course you can return ordered goods, which do not meet your expectations within 14 days! Here you can learn everything you need to know about the cancellation form and the return period.

What warranty do I have on my director’s chair / deckchair?

There is a 24 month warranty on the director’s chairs and deckchairs from the online shop regiestuhl.de. The warranty does not include normal wear and tear of the item or damage, which occurs after delivery, for example due to external factors. Warranty claims also do not apply in the case of improper use of the goods by the clients.

What do I do if the chair is delivered broken?

Please send us an inquiry by email to info@directors-chair.co.uk or call us. We need pictures of the packing boxes, the delivery stickers and photos of the faulty chair.

Do I get a bulk price as a company?

For companies and firms (with VAT ID) we offer cheap net bulk prices. Also for individual branding with your own logo or company name. We will be happy to send you our bulk price list as a PDF. Simply write us an email at info@directors-chair.co.uk and we will send you your offer.

Or simply click on the desired model - select the wood and fabric colours, click on ‘Requests’ and enter the number of chairs in the note field.

How long does delivery take for quantities from 20 items?

We deliver larger order volumes within a few weeks. For item numbers from 20 chairs, please talk to us in good time (at least 3 weeks in advance).
